We ATS - Recruitment Management Platform
A full-stack Applicant Tracking System developed for We Conseil et Recrutement to manage candidates, applications, recruitment pipelines, job offers, automated communication, and job-to-profile matching.
Project Overview
We ATS is a full-stack Applicant Tracking System developed for We Conseil et Recrutement, a Canadian expatriation and recruitment company. The platform centralizes the recruitment process, from job offer management and candidate applications to pipeline tracking, communication and candidate-job matching.
The project was inspired by the internal BNJ All-in-One ATS architecture and adapted to the specific operational needs of the client.
Technical Development
- Frontend: Developed with Next.js and Tailwind CSS to provide a modern and responsive recruitment management interface.
- Backend: Built with Node.js to handle application logic, recruitment workflows and communication between the frontend and database.
- Database: PostgreSQL used to structure and manage candidates, applications, job offers, pipeline stages and recruitment-related information.
- Automation: Implemented automated workflows for candidate communication and appointment management.
- AI Integration: Integrated job-post and candidate matching logic to assist recruiters in evaluating profile compatibility.

My Role
I designed and developed the platform as a full-stack application, covering the frontend, backend architecture, database structure and recruitment workflows. I also implemented the automated communication and job-matching components required by the client.
